Will my Mu-So Qb from the U.K. work in the United States?

Hope somebody can help.  

I am moving to the US for a year (Boston) and whilst I am putting my main Naim system into storage I wanted to take my Qb with me and wondered if it would work directly from the US mains voltage.  I read that there is a Switch Mode Power Supply incorporated, does this mean if I put a simple socket adaptor on it then I’m good to go.

Any experience with this is very much appreciated.
