Mains order plugs SuperNait

Should the SN comes last with sources first or should it be plugged first from incomming mains cable?
Order now in the musicline netsleiste is (position 1 closest to incomming mains cable):
1. CD5si
2. ND5XS
3. blank (the Rega Fono wall socket is too big so won't fit next to pos.2)
4. Rega Fono
5. Pro-ject TT
6. SN
The "general" believe after some google is:
1: SN
2:
3: Rega
4: Pro-Ject
5: ND5XS
6: CD5si
Compare them, I have but don’t agree with the googled consensus and I think your current order is about right, signal earth first, as long as the Rega phono doesn’t use a swps in the plug top. You’re playing with separation verses integration but which you prefer is up to you. You may not hear a difference, I couldn’t with an all Rega setup or even after a CD5x was in the mix, a 282 changed all that.

My first order was:
1: cd, 2: SN, 3:ND5XS, 5: Rega, 6: TT
With source first at position 1-5 and SN at pos. 6 the TT sounds a bit bland, even after an hour warm up. The Max B order suits me better with TT sounding excellent again.
Usually, the amplifier is in position 1. You want the amplifier closest to the plug, so it can get more current.
Naim specialist AV options also offers guidelines in the manual of their Wiremold power bar.
Assuming you have a duplex wall outlet, I'd try removing the SN from the power strip and plug it directly into the wall outlet. Put wall warts last on the power strip. That's the best result I've found with a generically similar system.

Thanx for the guidelines!
Musicline (part of the same group as Naim and Focal) recommendations: "connect the components in the following order (starting with the socket closest to the mains block's captive lead): analogue source(s), digital source(s), preamplifier, power amplifier(s)".

i have a musicline netsleiste power block with 6 mains connections. It is connected to the wall outlet which has two connections.
Hi Robin,
To clarify my suggestion - your power block is plugged into the wall outlet and all components are plugged into the power block. Put wall warts at the far end of the power block. Remove the SN from the power block and plug it into the same wall outlet that your power block is plugged into. Make sense? Subtle difference but it worked better for me. Of course, US mains are different than European, as are anyone's ears. Easy enough to try and see what you find. Alternatively, try your source plugged directly into the wall outlet with the SN on the power block. Various iterations to try.

thanx. Sound is a bit more bright/clear this way (SN in walloutlet) which i like.
Nice! I found a bit more clarity esp in the mids. That's how I run my plugs. Cheers
Double wall outlets vary on how they are connected to the mains. With mine the left first with a bus section to the right. So could be worth trying what socket gets the power strip and what gets the direct.

doesn't matter with the double walloutlet here with the installation wires connected to the center.
