Last cassette I bought was probably in about 1987-1988  Squirrel and G‑Man Twenty Four Hour Party People Plastic Face Carnt Smile (White Out) by The Happy Mondays, Factory Records Boxset Cassette. Still got it somewhere in my attic with no device to play it on. The cassette deck was released from service about 2000 I think. I have no inclination to ever return to it.

Drikus, I'm sure you're itching to have a play before sending it off for a service...

UntitledUntitledSaved from the skip today. Some not to my taste but it would be a crime to dump these. Covers are dusty but tapes are in good nick. There are also almost around  200 blank and recorded tapes. It's gonna take a while to sort them out. Let's party!

No, no, no, Steve.  Someone was going to dump them and me, being a good samaritan, decided to rescue them.

Three of these from a newsagent and stationer in Streatham. Apparently they'd been sitting there for years and the owner was thinking of chucking them out. Got 'em for a quid each...

Nice one Kevin.  SA of that vintage was just about the peak.
