252/300 with utopia diablo

Interesting choice of speakers....Are you buying new or pre-loved? 

The 300, especially the DR version is very capable of handling the Diablo. I know, as it’s doing an excellent job of driving my Scala Utopias, so I’m sure the smaller stand mounts are well within its capacity.

Focal speakers are not often discussed here, and many do not like their presentation, but there are a few of us who use them and get excellent results.

As always, speakers are very room and listener dependent, so if possible try them in you own room before committing. 

There's very little that a 300DR won't drive well!

But ultimately @DaveBK is absolutely right, at this level a home audition is essential.
