Naim Firmware Update Killed MuSO

Hi,

I did the new firmware update from the app. Its stuck on a blue led? 

Any ideas as to how to recover?

Unplug your muso from the mains, leave it half a minute or so and then turn it on again.

when it has fully restarted and the lights have stopped flashing etc, does it work? Can you see it in the app? What colour is the network light now?

Also if it isn't working, are you on wifi or ethernet?

Hi,

It seems to only work with internet radio now? Tidal sesrches, adds tracks but doesnt play.

Can i reinstall the firmware you think?

I don't know how you would do that and anyway what I would suggest first is to reset your muso to factory settings (it won't put the old firmware back if you do this). You will have to set it up as if it were a new unit after the reset.

You might want to give Naim muso support a ring because they will know all of this stuff and may have other suggestions.
