It's Hugely quiet ?

???   ..........    it is holiday season.

Could be Mike - just gone very quiet which is unusual.

Huge seemed alright when we all met back in April. And  as Mike says, it’s the start of the holiday season and half term for many.

Last “visit” to the the forum by Huge was 24th, so only a few days ago, just before the bank holiday. 

Hope she is having a good time away, lovely lady, when some of us met her in April. Nigel is in a Paris too, I am dodging the odd shower in Norfolk, happy days.

Yes I met her then too.  You see people posting a lot on the forum and then it goes quiet so you tend to notice

I agree Huge is a delightful person to meet - I suspect she is on holiday....

I have not met Eleanor in person but hopefully I'll be able to spare some time this year to visit her in Swindon.

Well Huge introduced herself to me and some other Naim forum guy,  Richard was there, my jaw must have dropped, not expecting that introduction. Richard Dane knows that there are a number of contributors that do not say they are male or female.

And the contribution by myself in comparison to many others, particularly Huge would say, some of the guys are left wanting....

why not, even if i feel it is not very kind of you....because a french hen is more like an « easy « woman or a woman without brain....

It wasn't meant in that way - French Rooster = Male. French Hen = Female.

thanks for claryfing.  It happens sometimes when different languages have different meanings.  If you don’t want to be agressed in a french street, don’t say «  hello my french hen » to a lady

Let me just give a bit of info on the immediate past and current circumstance.

Early in May, I discovered the specialist NHS medical team to whom I’ve been referred had hidden some vital information from me.  However, when challenged, they still tried to keep it hidden.  Unfortunately, this destroyed any chance of trust between myself and this medical team and this caused acute depression.

I’m re-planning my life on the basis of moving to private medical care (oh well, there goes any possibility of funding a 500 series) and project managing my own healthcare.  Taking back control has helped me a lot, but I’m still not quite there; so please bear with me a little longer, and please also accept my apologies for any inappropriate comments I made in the last few days before I ‘disappeared’.

I’m well on the mend now and hope to be back to my “normal” (OK, just slightly crazy) state once again quite soon.

Good to have you back Huge.  Very sorry to learn that you have been subject to such a breach of trust.  I hope it comes out well for you in the end.
