Supernait 2 + ND5 xs2 or nap200 + 272

There will be sound differences as well as feature differences.

To decide, you'll really need to listen to them both, preferably a home demo.
If you can't arrange that then a dealer demo using your own speakers is the next best thing.

The new streamers will start to be on demo starting with the ND555, my dealer has an evening on a June 14 th. My understanding is that the new ND5xs2 is the last to launch this year. I would wait, these will be a step up from their previous models.

100% ND5XS2/Supernait2 the 272 is old and a bit stale nowadays of course you could add a £7,000 PSU to perk it up a bit but why bother.

The ND5XS was an underrated player IMO so the new version should be excellent and the Supernait 2 is also probably better than the pre of the 272 and the 200 so iy is a know brainer really.

I owned a SN2 before I got my 272/250 DR...and I disagree with your statement that the SN2 is better,did you OWN both?The SN2 does not have DR tech in the pre,you have to add a high cap DR to get it,which I did.Even after adding it to the SN2,it does not equal the 272/250.The SN2 was good hifi,the 272/250DR is REAL music in the room...IMO.

Actually, the SN2 preamp power supply is DR. As for which of these various systems are 'better', I think the OP is unlikely to learn anything useful here, especially about a source component that is not yet in production.

I had SN2 NDX XPS2 and find the 272/XPSDR 250DR more musically insightful and, well, enjoyable.

Oh yes,sorry,it is the amp portion that is not DR,I had it backwards...but I did own it for a year and a half,looks like Graemeh agrees,and he owned both too,not just a quick demo,that I think a lot of people base their statements on.

I also had the SN2 fed by Dac V1 and much prefer my 172xs + 200. So audition is the only way.

Either way, "better" is an arbitrary term, "probably better" more so.  Comparisons and contrasts are useful to a degree, but ultimately describe one's experience with specific gear and how it worked in conjunction with their room, speakers, and personal predilections. To call one system over another a no brainer with no supporting description is meaningless.

Just got my 3rd SN2 and they say third time is a charm. UltraRendu/LPS-1.2/Curiuos/Mirus, Chord Chorus Ref. Dual REL S/2 subs. 20X2L/AN-S2/Croft 25R as MM phono pre, tellurium Q black to P3s.  Finally very very happy. I run a long balanced Cable around room to the headphone rig. HDV 820/HD800S. Finally found best of all worlds. 

Interesting.  I find that one is enough.  Why do you need three of them?

Sorry. Sold the other two. Kept going tubes and missing what Naim had to offer. Bass grip, impeccable timing, dynamics, etc. Now I’m back. Oh, speaker cable is the latest Tellurium Q Black II model. Thinking about upgrading my Mirus to the Pro Signature Model but don’t want it to get fatiguing and think the synergy is right using the minimum phase slow roll off filter.
