Setting Time on UnitiQute 2?

The time on my UQ2 is showing as 10:46AM when it should be 11:46AM this morning. I’ve tried using the ‘reset time via the Internet’ option in the setup menu to no avail, also when I try to adjust the time in the settings that doesn’t work either. Any ideas chaps?

Lewis, how have you set the time zone in the clock settings?

I have had that issue when changing from summer time to winter time... According to Naim Support there are some UQ2 firmwares that have difficulties with keeping track of time..:-) You should probably check your firmware status, and update if a newer version is out there..

Martin, have you enabled Daylight Savings in the setup?

Hi Richard, I’ve used the +1 hour in the time zone menu but it doesn’t seem to save the change and still shows the incorrec time. I’ve done a search and read that a factory reset can be done on the UQ but how does one do so? Thanks again

Lewis, it's in the Factory Settings menu.  Then Reset All Settings.
