Naim Product / Upgrade Diagram - does this exist?

Has anybody encountered, or produced, a graphic of some sort depicting the possible product upgrade routes and also product “groupings” ie this group represents “entry level”, this group represents a step up from entry level and so on?

Naim attempts this on the web site, don't they, in an effort to direct potential customers down the appropriate route and on to the right product.  There was also, once upon a time, a 'time line' graphic showing what was marketed in which years ( very useful I thought) - not sure where this has gone to now.

So, I guess the answer to your question is 'yes and no', or 'sort of',  or even 'not really', depending on your original expectation.

Try the web site and if this isn't what you're looking for, you could try drawing one up yourself and posting it here on the forum, I suspect some folks would appreciate that.

I wish you much success in finding your way around the Naim product range... I've been trying to master it for eight years and still haven't figured it all out... but I live in hope.

Oh, and of course your local dealer, if you have one, might be one of the experts that are rumoured to exist.

There’s the makings of a board game in there somewhere, Snaics and Ladders perhaps.

I find that the pricelist is actually quite a good starting point, although it can be a depressing read if you focus too much on the actual figures.  Beyond that, Naim have always maintained that your first port of call for guidance should be your dealer, and I would say that it is very worthwhile to hunt out a good one who you feel comfortable with.
