My Muso not Coonecting to wifi

i have two muses the normal one and a qb. My qb is working perfectly in kitchen and I see it in app in iPad. For some unknown the normal Muso disappeared off the app yesterday although it was receiving internet stations. This morning disconnected the router, turned off the Muso an on turning on both devices, I find I cannot connect Muso. The purple light changes to orange and the reverts after a minute or so back to purple. Yes I am using WiFi only but router is in same room. Great machines. By the way when I first got then, annoyed with naim that they did not include remote with qb but to be honest we never use remote on either device instead we use iPad or iPhone or manually press button. Any advice or trick to get going would be appreciated.

For starters, try turning off your router, both Musos, and your iPad. Then turn the router back on, and leave it for a few minutes. Then turn the other devices on, one at a time, and see if that helps.

I agree with Chris. This sounds like the router needs a restart (done in the order he suggests).

If it's flashing purple / orange you'll need to set it up as a new device or use a pin in the little hole to reset the Muso.

The MuSo should be constant white when it is connected to your wifi.

We recently had a power cut during storms and I've had to restart everything, starting with the router.
Make sure the router is fully turned on before powering up any other devices.
