I need help i can not update my strimer i am author everything normal and downloading the update to pc and did not open me window of usb option somone can help thanks

The first thing you need to do is load the Silicon Labs CT210x virtual serial port driver. If you have the Windows 10 "Creators Edition" or later, you need to make sure you get the right driver. If you can't see it in "Programs and Features" then you haven't got the driver installed.

After you've installed the driver, the next thing to check is that the USB cable is a fully wired cable not a 'charging cable' type (which don't have the data connections).

After that is usually goes exactly as the manual shows it.
