NAC202 round DIN5 blank plug and the DIN4 paddle plug

Can someone please confirm that the round DIN5 blank plug and the DIN4 paddle plug present on the rear of a NAC202 are not required when the HiCap and NAPSC upgrades are used. I've just removed the round DIN5 plug and connected a HiCap. I assume the plug can now just be retired to the cupboard for good?

Yes, but best replace it back in the NAC202 shipping carton - that way you'll know exactly where it is the next time you need it...
