App doesn’t show all the albums

i have a Nova connected to a Seagate NAS using Plex as the interface. When I rip using DB Power and transfer to Plex my Nova will not see the new album. Has anyone else had this problem?

Also some of my albums seem to just drop out and the app won’t see them

Has anyone got any similar problems and resolved them please?

Have you tried getting the server (Plex) to rescan the music folder?

If that didn’t work try restarting either plex, or the NAS.

A restart is often required for a rescan to show any changes. Also try refreshing both image cache and UPnP cache via the Naim app.

The reboot of Plex seems to have worked although not all album covers are there. Nevertheless thank you both for your help, its appreciated
