Naim Uniti Remote

Hi to all, I have a problem with my Naim remote. When I go to use the number 2 digit it won’t respond and a splash of contact cleaner hasn’t sorted it so I was wondering if it could be repaired? Obviously I do use the Naim App but I’d like the remote to work 100%.

It may have something caught underneath that's preventing the bottom from actuating. You could take it in to your Naim dealer and see if they can carefully prise it open to check. Otherwise, I don't think they are repairable but you could always ask your dealer to find out from Naim.

Of course, new replacements are available as well as secondhand ones in the usual places...
