Quad FM3 tuner

Has anyone tried using a Quad FM3 tuner through a modern Naim amp

I have a Nait5 XS-2 and am considering whether the iconic Quad FM3 tuner would work OK with it. I used to own one and miss the thrill of a FM broadcast (assuming FM will continue to be available)

I have a couple of FM3s and I like them very much - a lovely design. Admittedly I haven't tried them through the Naim amp (just through Quad) but can't see why they wouldn't work just fine. They do like a decent aerial though to achieve full quieting. You could even try using a Naim interconnect for best performance. Just remember that the output level is a fair bit lower than with CD or modern digital sources.

Tried my Quad tuner fm3 and fm 4 on the Nova and my former Nait XS. Works just fine.
