NDX2 Not Playing All Files

i have now resolved this, but maybe of benefit to others if they come across it.

Discovered when playing some 16/44 files purchased from Qobuz that they would not play on my NDX2. They played on old NDX, home PC and other devices. Copied them onto a USB drive and they played fine on the NDX2, but not from Synology NAS.

This morning I converted the original AIFF files to FLAC and these played ok. Then reconverted back to AIFF and they played ok. Bizarre.

I had a similar experience whereby my NDX 2 would not play some flac files that my old NDX would.

Turns out that it was just files that had been edited and saved using Wavepad that had the problem.

I downloaded a free copy of Ocenaudio and files edited and saved via this software play fine on my NDX 2
