Sonicorbiter 2.7 and roon lost my network shares

just updated to 2.7 and have no access to roon network shares any longer, means no music.

seems it is not possible to access any network shares...

dropped Andrew from sonicorbiter an email, hope its a bug he can fix.

I can access the NAS share via MAC and access roon as well, but roon doesn‘t show NAS shares.

Ok, Andrew answered: I put in the IP@ of the NAS and it works now... strange, but ????

I would always use an ip address over a friendly name.

Andrew fixed it via remote access. The trick is to use NASname.local as name. For example, my NAS named DS, so in roon add as share folder \\DS.local\...

Anyway, outstanding service from Andrew, highly recommended!

Yes, the problem with using the network IP address is that this may change when your router renews the NAS Drive’s IP address lease.
