Hi, I can't connect to my Atom with spotify connect. No changes to the system that I know of. I've rebooted everything twice - including my router. I've tried connected from my laptop and my iPhone but nether work- both worked until a few days ago.
The Atom appears in the "devices available" list in spotify and I click on it but it just reverts to the current setting rather than connect.
If i use the input button on the Atom I get the message "no user found, please login". I am logged in and the Atom appears in the "devices available" list on spotify.
Any suggestions?

Ok I now see there’s no solution; use Chromecast instead for now...according to the link shown below. Maybe I’m wrong but a 4k music player should be trouble free from the users standpoint. It should also ship with the HDMI input included vs (dealer installed option for more money). I sourced this from Crutchfield...I don’t think they do installations of this nature. I would’ve preferred the hdmi to be included whether I make use of it or not.

IMHO every sold product should be trouble free, especially bug free. But as the software is developed by normal developers, bugs can happen in every product, also in 4k products. Integrating 3rd party services can always be tricky. What I expect from a 4k product is that the bug will be fixed as soon as possible. But maybe the problem is on the spotify side. So you only can wait for new information.
