Won’t updating

Hi all, new software for the ND555, just updating by choosing that option? No, not in this case. Tried several times, it starts up the “installing” stays there for a while and then nothing...

Any advices? Stable internet for years (optical fibre all the way) but after trying to update without any success, the ND555 now have some very short stops maybe every third song using Tidal.

Highly irritating.

The update has been withdrawn by Naim until they resolve some reported problems with it.
