Bluetooth cause general system crash and unable to play any music Nain Nova

I have a Uniti Nova and tried to pair a mobile phone or laptop with bluetooth. Everything worked, however when i turned the bluetooth off on both naim and phone, everytime I turn on the Nova it shows no bluetooth device connected, strange because the option to search for devices is off from the application... I cannot stream anything or play internet radio, as last source I reset everything to factory settings and now it works. Do I have to do this trick all the time I use bluetooth? App is updated to last version and firmware as well.

Another issue now is Spotify connect will not connect, it finds the Nova but wont connect, so I have to stream via airplay. Please solve it asap.

If you’ve reset all settings to a factory setting, surely Spotify will need to be set up from scratch.

As you seem to be a self professed expert on everything Naim Adam, I think it's a bit rich to say this isn't a Support arena... lots of people ask for help and I can see nothing wrong with that
