Repair of Gloss Speaker

Hi Guys,

I wonder if you could help, I have a black gloss speaker which has a very small nick in the gloss. Do you know if this is repairable?

Depends on the finish

If it's piano black ..it's usually lots of coats of paint and lacquer with loads of polishing in between... A French polisher or furniture repairer may be your friend

If it's just a nick ...why not touch it in with a matching car paint and small brush ? Should make it nearly invisible

Great Thanks for your advise. Its for some old speakers so just wanted to be able to pass on some advise if the question came up.
