Tidal - Qute 2

So, I was a Tidal hifi subscriber streaming to my Qute 2 nicely and then I left Tidal for a while. I have now returned to Tidal with the same account but as a premium subscriber and the Tidal app itself works great but when I try to stream to the Qute I keep getting the "can't play. Skipped track" message on the Qute display no matter what I try to play! 

Any help or advice much appreciated.

 Thanks for your input . I thoroughly agree that the problems began immediately after the latest naim app update around the 6/7 seventh of September.

 It seems at last as if people with the problem I coming out of the woodwork rather than like myself at first just thinking it was a glitch .

 As stated in my last mail I was given a test tidal login today and the situation is still the same and I am about to report the situation to naim tomorrow.

 A question for you Tenneco bods out there .

 Would it be possible for naim to send me the old app version on a link or software drop over the net such that I could install it on my iPad and test as if before the 7th of September .

I have the same issues as mentioned above playing Tidal off my Muso Qb. I struggled to find the right topic due to the title of this thread though, might be worth changing as I expect there are a lot of us out there with the same issue.

Hi Skaara, 

Thanks for your input,  yet another type of streamer not working to tidal in the correct manner. I have contact with Naim at this present time and will update you. I feel it may also be beneficial for you to report it to them as well.

As regards to your having to search for a topic to jump on to, I agree with you and I will start a new one and post here with the title. We (the contributors to this thread are puzzled as to why more are not coming forward )
