52 service and upgrade

As above, go a 52 that's on pots 2 board and runs on the old style main board and remote.

Looking at pots 8 upgrade and service and wounded what expected costs could be and what other upgrades could be done to it.

Does the latter main board sound better ? Or is it just a tidy up and removed in line boards ?

Any help or info would be much appreciated as did a quick search but couldn't find any prices

Naim serviced my POTS2 NAC52 and for an additional £350 replaced the POTS2 board with the later and better POTS8.

Total service and upgrade was approximately £560 at the time and absolutely worth doing.  Naim authorised service agents such as Class A in Sheffield also provide an excellent and are less expensive.

Decided on a much newer 52 that had the newer main board and had pots 8 right from the start
