Naim Uniti Core - Album Cover Art Disappears

This is the second this happened. My entire album display of almost 600 albums has lost its,cover art. The first time it happened, it lasted for more than a week before reappearing. It’s now been gone two days and it’s really difficult, not to say.trying, to choose music without the help of familiar cover art. Why does it disappear and how do I get it back?

It shouldn’t do this.

The first thing I would try is stopping and restarting the app.

If that doesn’t work then I would restart the Uniti Core. But I mean restart not just put into network sleep. The simplest way to make sure of that is to disconnect the power to the Core, wait a few seconds and plug it in again. The Core will restart and once it’s finished, you can check the cover art in the app again, and stop and restart the app again if things aren’t back to normal.

Problem solved by hard reset of the Uniti Core. Thank you so much for the help!!
