Wrong Metadata Unitiserve

How can you request a different metadata lookup if it's wrong? Unitiserve. Bis Sibelius Symphony 2 Jarvi showing as Sibelius songs sung by Nilsson. Several other instances eg Kleiber Traviata. Really frustrating.

Use dBpoweramp. It gives you an (editable) choice between 4 or 5 metadata providers.

Thank you. But how do you do this if you've ripped the cd with a Unitiserve and want to maintain the integrity of the Naim database?

Have you tried a right-click on the album name in the Desktop Client interface to request a manual online database lookup ?

Yes. Just repeats the wrong data.

Hi R.K.,

The Naim servers are using the AMG database for metadata and cover art. If the Unitiserve comes up with wrong cover art, it's probably due to an error in that database. You can add or change cover art manually using the DTC...
