Unitiserve - no servers found?

Hi guys - just installed a new Ethernet cable and now my Unitiserve can't connect. The NDX can't find it and the device is not showing at all on my BT home hub? Won't connect via the Ipad. Tried switching on and off - any ideas???thanks

I take it you mean the NDX cant find the server - it says "no servers found"

What happens if you put the old cable back in? Does internet radio work on the NDX?

Thanks for such a quick response Jack. Nothing, tried that. My Mac mini is working ok off the Switch, the lights are all on the Switch (apart from port connected to the Serve) connections seem fine. But the Serve appears nowhere ?

Correction - internet radio is working off the NDX!!!

Was the US on when you changed the cable? If so, switch it off then back on, so your router gives it a new IP address. If this doesn't work, power off, then power toggle your router, then power US back on.
