removing phono boards

Posted by: Jon Moxon on 27 August 2000

Quick question: if I take the phono boards out of my Nait3, do I need straight through boards for input 1 to work with line level sources? Can't remember if the installation required wires to be cut or not.

TIA

From what i've been told, some ppl cut the wires right off, some ppl snip onlt one side of the wire then bend them out of the way.

If the wires have been bent, they can be soldered back. Otherwise, you need the blank aux card (which is very inexpensive).
