Walnut vaneered plywood

I know that there are one or two joiners/furniture makers on this forum so maybe somone can help.

I want to make some shelf/box type things to go on the wall in my lounge, they are very straight forward and I am confident that I could make them.

The only thing I am missing is the wood I need for them.

I want to use Bur Walnut vaneered ply, I know it exists as I have seen furniture made from it, also I have a very cool coatstand from Habitat made of the stuff, but where can I buy some.

I would like to by it from somwhere that I can see it before I buy it, rather than ordering it from a supplier.

Do any of the the DIY places sell it or, or the smaller builders merchants?

Any help would be.... well helpful.

You'll get pre veneered boards 2440 x 1220 from Silvermans [check phonebook]. You won't get Burr Walnut though, it's the most expensive veneer there is!! Check out yellow pages to find a veneer shop that will press up cut sized panels for you.
