I have one that I enjoy immensely, it's called 'Bring the Family', what else has he done that is up to that standard ?

Thanks

Peter

I have to say that "Bring the Family" is my favourite Hiatt. Fantastic music, and incidentally, a great disc also to demo equipment (proving that the good music and sound are not mutually exclusive). Try "Lipstick Sunset" and it will really give tweeters a workout. Others worth considering are "Slow Turning" from the same period, and "Crossing Muddy Waters" which I think is his latest. Very different from "Family", but quite excellent.

I can also recommend Stolen Moments (1990) and Perfectly Good Guitar(1993).

Slow Turning, Perfectly Good Guitar, and Stolen Moments all rate highly IMHO alongside Bring the family.

Thank you all for you're recommendation. I'm going to see if I can get any of these on vinyl. I have CD and LP of 'Bring the Family', it's the LP that wins out in my view.
