Listing all messages of a thread

Is there a way to list all postings of an entire thread? Currently the number of messages per page seem to be limited to 15.

Displaying all messages in one page would be very useful for users with portable devices who get occasional Internet access while on the road to download a batch of postings to be read on a plane, for instance.

Unfortunately - no way that I have yet discovered.

I quite often want to convert a whole thread into a pdf - but end up saving pages as mht files from Internet Explorer.

I suppose you try to get them all stored in cache for Offline reading prior to disconnecting from the internet.

A bit tedious and there ought to be a way of automating it.

I read it from my iPod touch. Usually I copy and paste the content and email it to myself. This involves some minor formatting but ends up to be quite readable.
