In this household it has been a mixture of mainly old and a few new:

A Christmas Carol (Patrick Stewart & Alistair Simm versions)

A Muppet Christmas Carol

Its a Wonderful Life

Miracle on 34th Street (Natalie Wood)

The Court Jester

Dallas Buyers Club

Aliens

Babe

Guardians of the Galaxy

Thor: Dark World

Malificent

Frozen

My Fair Lady

.......amongst others!

Happy Christmas, and have a great 2015!

On Xmas Eve I watched Die Hard - a 'must-watch' Xmas movie, don't you all agree?

The first Harry Potter movie on Xmas Day

DVD of The Day The Earth Stood Still (the inferior re-make) on Boxing Day

Zulu last night - brilliant as ever.

Still thinking about this evening.

Die Hard - great movie, thought about watching it a few times - might still.

Zulu - re watched it a few weeks ago, just after I had got it on BR.

Captain America - bought the BR to watch over Christmas ...might be tonight.

Ditto, we love the former and its a wonderful Xmas film. Visited the pictures to watch the final Hobit film too just before Xmas day which was astonishingly expensive

Still thinking about this evening.

Decided to go with The Chronicles of Riddick. Good story line, good effects and some amusingly memorable lines.
