tv - sound

hello all.

Hope you can help.

I am trying to get my tv sound to go through my hi fi.

Current set up. Naim 122x 150 and dac.

I have linked the tv via toslink into the naim unit , but cannot seem to get the sound through the hi fi.

I changed the set up on the tv to hi , but as

yet no luck.

Is there a simple fix please.

Hi graham. What Tv do you have? What dac?

You might need to go into the set-up menus on the TV and get it to output to PCM. Mine feeds my nDAC via optical lea fine that way

TV output to pcm solved it for me too. Let us know if this works.
