O Fortuna! from Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana. The opening bars never fail to send a shiver down my spine.

NIssun Dorma from Puccini’s Turandot - never fails to bring tears to my eyes (but only since seeing the opera performed live).

Parents, from Budgie’s Never Turn Your Back on a Friend - chosen simply beacause it’s good, and I was playing the album this evening so fresh in my head.

Many other prog rock and opera songs could fit the bill.
