I was just browsing some web news when I came across an article where  someone was being described as a  "Food Stylist":  WTF is that?

As a kid I was bemused by mention quite frequently on the news of Minister Without Portfolio. I don’t think there has been one for quite a while, and of course late I realised what it meant, but I thought the poor chap didn’t have a briefcase!

Why stupid? If you work with pictorial material related to food and beverage such as magazines etc. - well then it makes sense.

Google "food stylist" and see the picture results. You will be amazed how good the photos are; creative, delicate and inviting.

It won't hurt if it looks good and taste alone isn't going to win the Bocuse d'or.
