I saw this useful list of jazz albums some of which perhaps are on your radar. Otherwise have a scroll. Some to investigate: https://www.marlbank.net/thema...ums-of-the-year.html

Quite a few on my radar.

A solid list here and great to see Kamasi Washington topping another poll (Mojo #1 record of the year).

If this is the one you mean https://daily.bandcamp.com/201...jazz-albums-of-2018/

Check out Peggy Lee - Echo Painting last track (The Band's) Unfaithful Servant by guest vocalist Robin Holcomb.

But as is the way now much cheaper on Qobuz https://www.qobuz.com/gb-en/al...gy-lee/p1egtpk2tjv9a

A good thread I will try some of the titles out on Tidal first but I have to admit to finding much modern Jazz difficult to listen to it can seem a bit like groups of solo artists trying to out solo one another with no real cohesion.
