Ndx systemautomation

Hi everybody!

I have just got my hands on a NDX and trying to get systemautomation to work. It is connected to a ndac and that part works, but the preamp not. It`s a 282. A 3.5 jack to rca left is connected and enabled in the ndx menu. Volumeknob not moving, pre input not switching. ALso tried the right rca to.

You also need to enable it in the Naim App.

If you mean in the app, under other settings, volume bar then it’s done.

Have you got two system automation cables, to DAC and preamp, as per instructions in the SA manual?

Yes. Two cables connected from NDX.

Now have done a factoryreset in systemautomation and later the hole NDX.

The setup was then made in accordance to the sys auto guide page 3, but still no answer when i press volumebutton in the naim app.

Sad but the sky won’t fall down.
