NAC 272

I'm considering getting a Nac 272 and initially using my CB Nap140 as a power amp. As the 272 is self powered how do I prevent the 140 from sending 24v down the  SNAIC? I would also like to add a turntable Rega Planar 3 with a Stageline - is it possible for Naim/ First Class or Witchhat to add a 24v supply to the Din Socket?  Thanks

Just connect the 140 to the 272 output, it’ll be fine. There is no connection to it in the 272 DIN socket, so the power from the 140 won’t connect to anything.

You don’t need to worry about the 140 sending current, just connect it up. As to the Stageline, it cannot be powered by the 272. The easiest option is probably to get a Rega phono stage, which will be perfect with the Planar 3.

You can also power a Stageline using a HiCap and a SNAIC 4/5.
