Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Well, I managed to give it a whirl and it worked without any problems - 38 slides were inserted and automatically fed through whilst I watched the boy racers on the goggle box. I'll have to read up on how to optimise the scan files but each tiff image is circa 65mb and contains plenty of detail.

Extreme panning! Taken at the Thundersports race after the 1986 British Grand Prix at Brands. I turned up on the day, paid £10, and had a great time watching Mansell win after Jacques Laffite almost became Jacques No-feet on the first lap, first corner incident.

And this is Tiff at the same meeting:

Apart from the racing car, this could be the art from Cocteau Twins record cover. Smile

Whilst we are on a little bit of a Gaudi theme, here are a couple of pictures -

'La Sagarda Familia' - (This building is truly awe inspiring. The intricacies of the stone work on the facade has to be seen to be believed.

The ventilation ducts, disguised as gaurds on the roof top of 'La Padera'

The stone crucifix overlooking Barcelona in 'Park Guell'

La Padera

Hi Marti-C
Never got there but it looks fab, great pictures. The cross looks like a great view point. I've promised my better half we will go back when sagrada familia is 'finished' and hope to see everything we didn't on this trip.
