Just got back from the Dave Matthews concert at the Coors Ampitheatre in San Diego. Not a great start to the evening missing nearly an hour with the traffic and all but a bit of a disappointment. All the songs sounded the same to me - even "All along...

Anyone know if the version currently out is merely a cynical re-packaging of the version that has been available on CD for years or has the current release been re-mastered in some way? i.e. is the sound any better than the previous Decade CD?

But what else deserves it? We're talking more than you ever wanted to know here ..... I would kick off with Ziggy Stardust - the current...

I havn't listenend to it untill today because when I first stuck it on it sounded awful, and I thought I had a dud. Anyhoo, today I cleaned it and it turns out it had a film of dust on it, almost like plaster dust or something, well now it sounds fantastic and I went through the whole...

Just listened again to that live AC/DC and found out that their guitar sound was so wicked that they could have built their career on Madonna songs and still be a legend. Scrrreeechhhh ! Other guitar sounds I like are the ones of, say, Metallica,...

Well here it is, 27 years on this earth and music from the dire Rick Wakemans Journey to the excellent D&B of Big Bud. But alas a massive void in the collection. Mr Hendrix. But where to start? I notice on the shelves more best ofs than albums! To that end and my birthday on the horizen I have got my sister to purchase me the latest best of as featured in the Saab ads. However I fancy this won't get me the blues and voice of hendrix, which I know is good. so where to begin kind folks, what...
