HI , folks , my HDX internet radio , Naim exclusive Radio Paradise 320 , is not working .... i get ... can not connect .. message , this is on Nserve ipad app and the HDX touch screen , all other Radio Paradise selections work fine , all other radio stations seem to work ok ... ive tried the usual powered down the HDX , reset the Virgin Media superhub , everything comes back fine the network seems to be working fine .. any ideas ???? I have a Synology NAS, using Audio Station. Naim App on my IOS phone. Works fine. In that past I created playlist in Audio Station and I could play them from the Naim App. However, now from the Naim App, it says "no results" when I navigate into any of these playlists. They all still exist in Synology. If I create a new playlist in Synology, it does not show up in Naim App. Same if I edit a playlist. Seems like I need a way to tell the Naim App to reconnect to these playlists. Is there a way...

I updated my Unitiserve to firmware 1.7b thanks to help on this forum. I have two more questions: For several years, the desktop client freezes every 3 or 4 weeks. Trying to look at the music library, for example, just doesn’t work. I click on the + sign and nothing happens. I was advised by Naim to open Regedit and delete a file called “musiclibrarysplit”. Okay... so having decided to try a Cisco 2960 for the final hop to my NDS, I wonder what firmware versions people are using? My thoughts were triggered when upgrading to the latest firmware for my SG300, as when I was checking a few settings earlier I noticed I was on quite an old version. Dear all, I am in need of your advice please. I have a superuniti which is connected to a Synology NAS via a cisco switch, the switch has a connection to my internet hub. All hardwired Cat 6 connections, all wires are short at 1.5m long. Guys, I generally try to resist “the Super-Aray might be yielding more vibrato than the Tuned-Lumina” infliction but listening to Free Live on Tidal through the Qb this morning I’m certain everything was clearer with more space and definition around the constituent parts than on Sunday when I listened to the same album. Recall about a week ago Tidal updated and I noticed on my system the bass digs allot deeper and more defined, but dismissed it thinking just my hearing. But realised in the car it is now very deep and keep over powering. Anyone else noticed a change?

Hi, I have an Apple AE connected through an Toslink cable from the digital output of the AE to an optical input on my n272, no sound and the message "digital signal blocked" in the Naim app. What am I missing, it could swear it worked in the past. So I have upgraded the firmware on my UnitiQute, as instructed by the recent email and have also upgraded the Naim App on my Android phone (Xperia XZ Compact). The issue that I have is that whilst I am able to navigate the UPnP source and stream my selection I am then unable to return to the library to select something different. Playing ROON with files fed from my PC via the ALLO into the Dac section of the NDS - and can't find anything to complain about - a bargain indeed. Twice now the cover art has disappeared from the album and other indexes though it’s still there when you open the booklet symbol for an individual album. The last time this happened the only way to restore the images was to reformet the internal drive and restore from backup. On both occasions the artwork in the index was initially still visible for the first albums in the list but gone below a certain point and replaced by the file icon. Yesterday IOS got an update. Amongst others it supports airplay2. Allegedly (according to two dutch websites Naim supports Airplay-2. Anyone tried it? Does this also holds for the superuniti?
