What is the latest music you downloaded, what resolution and from where?

With more music being downloaded I thought it might be interesting to see what forum members are buying and from where.

The news that HD Tracks are soon to open an online UK store means that more choice is going to be available to us. The variety and quality of downloadable music we can choose from is expanding, MP3 to 24bit studio Masters at 192kHz and beyond.

So what are you buying and downloading?

Black Mountain IV (B sides) from Pledge Music (FLAC & MP3 320) in support of fundraising to replace all their stolen music equipment.

http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/black-mountain

"We just started our current European tour and sadly most of our gear was stolen on our first show day in Gothenburg, Sweden. With the selfless generosity of many friends and bands around Europe we’ve been able to borrow enough guitars, fuzz pedals and Mellotrons, etc for the concerting to soldier on and thankfully, www.musicares.org, Fender, Crafton, D’Addario, Roland, Vox, Korg, Union Tube & Transistor, and Fuzz Monster are all helping to replace some of what we lost but we are still in deep. Below is a list of what was stolen. We’re reaching out to our fans to help us re-power our concerting suits. Once we have enough money to replace what we’ve lost (our goal is $20,000 US), we’ll donate any surplus to www.musiCares.org"

Steve,

That beautiful album cover intrigued me to follow your link for a listen. Enjoyable ethereal music. Thanks!

I'm pleased you enjoyed his EP Randy. Do try his other works under his Black Hill band name. Very similar in style to this depending on who he is collaborating with at the time. Cheers!
