Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Actually I've never used a filter with my M9 - apart from some cropping and a tiny bit of saturation this pic is straight out of the camera.

It was meant to be a joke, but you are correct starburst are the s quake chewy sweets,Ian's I certainly did not intend to offend your photo skills

A very striking image!

Enigmatic too.

I really had to look to work out what was so beautifully portrayed!

Thanks George!

It would be difficult to take bad photos in Venice though - such a photogenic place. I think Venice is probably the single most beautiful thing that mankind has ever created.

I had a whole day there, and the weather was atrocious, but somehow having almost to swim through the air adds to the atmosphere, and coupled with the Autumn high tides, and a full moon, the Acqua Alta was at its highest, which was fun!

Cheap flight from Nice - might need to become a regular trip...

Got this recently, but haven't used it much yet as I'm mainly shooting in film at the moment. Ordered the new APO-Summicron-M 50mm f/2 ASPH - it's at least a six-month wait!

The D800 can't have felt too good having to photograph its rival.

Guys, as nice as it is to look at these pictures of each others cameras, it is starting to look like a P***ing contest to see who has best camera (no offence intended), but would be nice to get back to looking at the great pictures you post when using them !
