Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.
Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

I am almost too embarrassed to ask but I need advice on adding pictures. I have just uploaded my first pictures onto flickr and have followed the guidance on Posting pictures on the Forum (frequently asked questions). However when I copy the URL address as instructed I keep getting the red cross of doom. I have looked at Kevin’s images on flickr and I am trying to add the address of what looks like the equivalent flickr page but it just doesn’t work. I have tried the advanced search to no avail but no doubt Adam will let me know if I have missed some critical post. Otherwise advice would be appreciated.
Click to the photo's page on flickr. You'll see an option to "share". Find the "grab the bb code" option. Copy the codey-looking stuff in the dialogue box and paste into this forum's Post Reply dialog box. No need to use the little green tree icon thingy as you already have all the tags applied.
What Winky says, but you might find the following helpful as well,
In flickr, you can select "HTML" as an option. I'm not sure if this is better than BB or not.
When you open up the "Post Reply" box on the forum, right at the right hand side is an icon comprised of four letters "HTML". Click on these letters, then post your image. You might have to jiggle the position of any text and you can click on "Update" in the bottom left corner to see what your post will look like before pressing "Submit Reply"
Don't feel embarrased. It took me ages to figure out what to do and without Jamie, Kevin, Winky and one or two other,i'd still be trying to figure things out.
Great sculpture Don.
MusT have been a gov grant for the road development !
I'm sure there was a government grant, but there isn't a road for miles around, other than the access road.
ISTR this was a lete addition to the the memorial site of Custer's Last Stand, representing the First Nation (Indian) side of events. The hilside is covered with white stones marking the spot where each of Custer's soldiers fell. There were plans to add red stones to mark the places where the First Nation people fell. Don't know if that has yet happened.
Cheers

Winky & Don,
Thanks for your help as it worked - have posted a picture in the members all at sea thread but I thought that I would come here for the expert advice.
