Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.
Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Thanks Fabio. It's pretty easy to take nice pics where i live...just point anywhere and click!
Sandy,I see:you mean it's almost like taking pics during a sunset or something like that?Maybe,if you think so,but to me this one has something magic, something unreal I mean, even if it was taken from a real situation.Composition is also pretty goodine trees right into the golden section. One of the best I saw on this photos thread.Imho.Compliments.
Oh,I didn't insert that stupid smiley by myself...
Managed to capture a regular visitor to the garden this morning, a Long Tailed Tit - I sat in the greenhouse for around an hour until he decided to make a very rapid appearance!
Canon 1DX, 70-200mm F2.8L Mk II, nowhere near big enough lens but it's the longest I have.
Regards, Ian
One more.....
Well thanks again Fabio, glad you like it!
Here's one of a local lake before summer when i hear it gets a bit crazy....on flickr as usual.
It's a nice lake. Busy with families in the summer to be sure, but still a good place to hang out. This from one of the other "Alice Lakes".

Nice shots. I have a pair of these in my garden. Haven't seriously attempted to get a picture of them, I'll wait for the weather to get a bit warmer.
Not going to be easy, they don't stay in one place for very long. Although it's going to be a lot easier than getting a good photo of the goldcrests.
Note the still wonderful parket flooring.
Another good reason for Abbey Road being so fine!

Thanks Kev for your photo report of a holy place so far.Very interesting.
Thanks Fab.
And now....
