Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.
Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

That's beautiful Nigel. Love the colours, the bokeh and how you've caught the child's gaze (and of course the bubble's in just the right place - talk about decisive moment!)
I dunno. He looks unspeakably evil to me. Those eyes. The unnatural skin colour. The vacant stare. But then again, children of people I don't know always look evil to me.
You are such a "glass half full" person Winky!
Water flow from Wedge Glacier into Wedgemount Lake near Whistler, BC. Fairly hard hike to the lake at 6000 ft but worth it! Two days later the legs are still pretty stiff...
Very nice, Sandy, aside of the colors, the contrast between the flow and the stationary. Was it taken handheld?
Thanks, and yes it was handheld so it was a bit of a challenge to get a sharp pic. Didn't help that my legs were a bit shaky by this point in the day!
Those glacier pics are lovely Sandy.
Clearly all down to taste! Boom tish...
Sandy, those pictures look absolutely terrific on Flickr.
I know it's a HiFi forum but I really wish we could do something about the thumbnails stuck here!
Perhaps we should start our own thread on Talk Photography, or how about a Naim Pics Group on Flickr?
There seems to be very little logic when it comes to getting views on Flickr.
I only posted this a few days ago, but it has rapidly become the most-viewed item on my stream, with - as of the time of writing - 53,262 views. No idea why really...

Could the 53k hits be down to search engines finding the cup cake images, when searching for something a little more risque.
