Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

That's a cruel comment to make about a pigeon, especially cruel considering his disability. He's actually very self conscious and camera shy.

La Sagrada. My thing with taking pictures at the big sites, is that 2 minutes on google images makes most average tourist snaps feel like a waste of batteries and memory card. I'll take my chance with this one though

Has a watercolour quality about it!

Blueknowz. The light is simply such! Gaudi of course is known for his geometric constructions and I read that he put a lot of effort into designing the geometries of the Sagrada such that it would be softly and beautifully lit by natural light.

Thats also why I like this picture

I like that one Jamie. Reminded me of one I took in 2009 at the metrostation at Terreiro do Paço in Lisbon, AFAIR anyway...

Delicious scene, Jamie, fully deserving the use of the Mark III. I like how the water seems to reflect a later time (with its darker skies), putting us in two different time zones at the same time.
