Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Thanks Haim, yes you're not far off what I was trying to achieve. The light was going quick and after the event I've tried to present the effect of changing light.

Thanks bhaagensen, that's a nice pic too

Thanks Haim, I guess I need to join the flickr group here and re-post it there. I was on my motorbike when I saw this little scene and just had to stop and take a few snaps - I wish I got off and walked around a bit. The locals all thought I was mad - who wants to take a photo of an old man having his hair cut but yes, the light caught my eye and the dog is great.

This happens to a lot of images. You can right click and select open in new tab/window to see the image as it is on the hosting site. Don't know why the forum-software doesn't images clickable by default...?

Bellagio?

No. It was taken at a Hotel about 4 miles south of Agios Nikolaos.

The saying, the camera never lies isn't really true with this photo. It was actually taken in near darkness, it only appears well lit due to the 5 second exposure.

Well, as Kevin-W and JamieWednesday liked some of my Icelandic pics, thought I'd bung a few more up.

These cover Oct 11 & Oct 12 - Honeymoon & 1st Anniversary trip.

Genuinely can't wait to get back there.

Enjoy.....
