Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

I did have a nice picture of a bicycle but I don't think I'll bother now

Dear Jamie,

No cycle photos please, but only cyclists' graves. Excellent!

Jamie, please post it. We all enjoy your pictures!

Go for it.

The anti bike brigade will probably be busy all weekend polishing their cow catchers on their 4x4's

On the theme of unhappy cyclists. I took this photo of a very unhappy pro rider. He seems very nervous riding through the crowd and he's keeping a close eye on me.

Please let  me make clear I have no intention of hijacking this thread. It's PHOTOS only. Anyone with an agenda should go somewhere else.  All credit to Jamie!

Dear Tony,

The odd diversion is surely alright, and my little sardonic comment [not at Jamie's expense] was at least by the opening poster of this excellent thread!

Is that near Borgen Kevin?

Nah, about 1,000 miles away from the Christiansborg Palace (from whence "Borgen" gets its title):

Great starburst effect Jamie. Which lens did you use?

Thanks Steve, it's a Zeiss 21mm f/2.8 which is barely off my camera these days...

Jamie, the only Zeisses I ever had were my Hasselbladt's lenses. This 21mm looks like a perfect match to the Df..

Posted on: 16 November 2013 by JamieWednesday

Hah! Treat yourself to both. The new 15mm is apparently something to behold...
