Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

At the time (1977) this was the only 15mm (Nikkor f/5.6) available on the market. I still have it, waiting patiently to be used properly whenever an FX body arrives.

So a 9 blade diaphragm. The blades must be quite straight to get such a well defined sunstar. It's a lovely sharp lens and perfect for the landscape work you do so well.
