Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.
Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Winky,
I am with you on the Leica affair. So expensive and they are not even letting you look through the lens..
Nice pic Haim.
Actually, with the S2, you CAN look through the lenses. It works just like an SLR. It is only the Ms and the other rangefinders (eg M2 to M9) that don't let you do it. Although the Typ 240M does allow you to see through the lens due to it having an EVF.
Personally I've never found the fact that you can't see through the lens on my M9 to be much of a hindrance... but that might be because I don't know what I'm doing...
I'll raise your 'Deluxe' Kevin. Thirty four thousand and five hundred of your bucks buys an anniversary edition of a (decent enough) camera, two lenses and a suitcase to put them in...Not biting tho'
I wouldn't bother either. I would rather buy some Leica M lenses (35mm 'Lux top of the list), upgrade my LP12, and buy a new laptop and go on trip to Japan...

Hopeless isn't it...
However, I am rather drawn to Fuji's X-T1.
Never mind Nikon's lame DF.To me, it at last seems we have a spiritual, digital successor to the FM/FE tree finally...And I love my X100s (and the 100 before it). I may just take the...Oh god help me no, not another camera Arrrggghh
Note: Perhaps go on trip to Japan and buy the lenses there..?

Yes, the Fuji looks very good. I was (eventually) won over by the X-Pro 1 and I would definitely consider this new camera if I were in the market.
I'll book us tickets for the Land of the Rising Sun. Can you go next Wednesday Jamie?

Hah! If funds would allow. Apparently we're going to Northern France in April now. We're in the South of France in June and then Summer hols a couple of months after that...My wife seems to think I've been picking from the Holidays Money tree...

No wonder you look so tired, Winky, after schlepping a 400mm lens on your travels..
I won a photo contest with this picture.

I cringe at the chainstays and derailluer on the rock. Did you really sleep there, or as it a set-up? Again, why a fat bike? Is there an advantage over a regular mountain bike? Seems to me like it would just be slow.
I love the sense of adventure your biking seems to have, though. Especially the ones in snow (where a fat bike makes sense).
Guys
Every once in awhile I have to remember to thank you all who take the time to post photos. This is always a great thread.
